Officer Charles T. Smith
Office Smith was commandeered by
Waiterbot and forced to be berated continuously throughout the year. He played a small role in 2009, and continued into 2010. By the end of that year, Waiterbot decided to act a little kinder since Smith helped find the solution to the villain problem.
