Bird the crow first appeared on
December 4 of the
2003 calendar as Evil Crow. However this wasn't an interesting name, so it became Evil Bird, the Crow. Since in the end, he didn't really end up being evil, it was shortened to just Bird the Crow. He teamed up with
Pauly Pooch to gather
Santa 2003 and defeat a then evil
Mare and save Christmas. He was later rewarded with a body of a real boy, but still caws like a Crow.
He and Pauly reappeared in 2006, but just as normal gifts without any interesting plot points.
