Plot: Since it's Christmas, Mare finds it in her heart to forgive Waiterbot and allow them to stay. The rest aren't 100% sold, but they reluctantly agree. Mare then goes off to talk to Santa 2005. She advises him that he needs to stand up for himself and take the role of the new Santa no matter who stands in his way. Santa was hoping someone else would do that for him, but this is his burden alone.
Thus we move to more gift opening involving a skateboard and a Christmas goat. Back at Santa's place, Santa 2004 seems to be in a comatose state and just sits in his rocking chair stairing at the corpses left behind.
