The Boss was the hidden figure that ran the first half of the evil plans during the 2006 Calendar year. Her face was not revealed until the end, and she only lasted that day before Santa killed her. She ultimately was being controlled by Claire, who was still trapped in the cylinder of ice, but Santa just didn't like her outfit.
