Ted was born on December 19, 2008, but no one bothered to show up that day. He looked very much like James Lipton but as a construction worker. He let himself out and started assembling the gift for the 20th, much to Waiterbot's anger. As punishedment, Ted had to wear a glued on tissue over his head. During the year end battle Claire shot him at random, which caused James Lipton to take revenge.
